1.1 This service is limited to laser marking (text and patterns) on designated product surfaces.
1.2 Graphics must be uploaded by the client in vector format (SVG, PDF) or high-resolution images and must comply with our company's specifications (maximum 5MB).
2. Customer Responsibilities
2.1 The client must ensure that the text and images provided do not infringe upon the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of any third party; otherwise, the client shall bear all legal liability.
2.2 You are prohibited from submitting any content that is illegal, violent, pornographic, discriminatory, or other content that may result in the Company refusing to provide service.
3. Process and Confirmation
3.1 After placing an order, our company will contact you via WhatsApp within 1 working day to provide a "printing diagram preview".
3.2 The client must reply to confirm or provide modification suggestions within 3 working days. Failure to reply after the deadline will be deemed as confirmation and the work will be carried out. No refund will be made.
3.3 Modifications are limited to two times. The third modification requires a separate quotation and rescheduling of the process.
4. Delivery time and freight
4.1 The engraving process will take an additional 3-5 working days to complete. If it is shipped together with other products, the longest production time will be calculated accordingly.
4.2 If delivery is delayed due to delayed confirmation or multiple revisions by the customer, the Company reserves the right to adjust the delivery date and notify the customer separately.
5. After-sales and Returns
5.1 Due to marking quality issues (such as unclear marking, position deviation exceeding 2mm), the company provides one free re-engraving or refund options.
5.2 Customized products are personal services and will not be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 The Company is not responsible for refunds or compensation for poor results caused by inappropriate content submitted by customers or file issues (such as low resolution).
6.2 If the Company is delayed or unable to perform due to force majeure (such as machine failure or natural disaster), the Company may extend the delivery period or terminate the contract without liability.
