Core Principles: Two Size Categories
Apple Watch strap compatibility can be simply divided into two series: " small size " and " large size ".
How do I determine my Apple Watch case size?
The quickest way to find out is to flip over to the back of your watch . Around the circle surrounding the heart rate sensor, you'll see engraved text that clearly indicates your case size, such as "41MM" or "45MM."
Delivery service range
We offer the following delivery services:
General delivery service
Applicable to Hong Kong, delivery arrangements are only available from Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
Self Pickup Service
Free pick up at our Kwun Tong office. Customers will receive a WhatsApp or email notification when the order is ready.
Freight Arrangement
Free delivery for orders of HK$200 or above.
For orders less than $200, a $50 shipping fee is required, which applies to a single delivery location, including residential addresses, commercial addresses, SF Express pick-up points and smart lockers.
If the delivery address is a remote area (including but not limited to Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, etc.), an additional fee of $10 will be charged. For details of remote areas, please click here.
Special delivery arrangements: If the product is to a remote area or is a large item, other courier services may be required and the cost will be negotiated separately.
Self-collection terms of service
After the order notification is issued, please go to the office to pick up the goods within 7 days.
If you fail to pick up the goods within the deadline, the order will be cancelled and automatically refunded, but a $50 return fee will be deducted.
Delivery area restrictions
Please do not use a PO Box as your delivery address.
Each order can only be delivered to one address. If you need to deliver to different addresses, please place separate orders.
We do not provide delivery services to outlying islands (except the airport, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Tung Chung) and restricted areas. For more information on remote area surcharges, please click here.
